Self-care is essential, but for busy mums, it often feels out of reach. We know you’re juggling fatigue and emotions while giving your all to your little one.
Everyone deserves to attend our community, so Mama, we’re inviting you to join us for a morning dedicated to you. Enjoy 2 hours of self-care while your little one is cared for by our onsite minder. Connect with other mums on the same journey in a sociable, flexible setting.
We welcome everyone starting their wellness journey.

Monday 4th February 2025 9am-11am (FIRST ONE OF THE YEAR)
$50 per Mama/one child.
Exclusive two hour sessions for like-minded mums & bubs.
Services available: Compression Gear, Lymphatic Rollers, Infrared Sauna, Traditional Saunas, Cold Plunge +Ice Bath.
This includes onsite child-minding.
Additionally, if you would like to book a Float session within this time normal costs apply + $10 child minding fee.
Additional $10 for additional child.

Single Sessions, Concessions, Packages and Memberships available. You do not need to be a member to use our services.
