About Us

Recovery Hub was built to give everyday people a space to reset, recharge and feel better, mentally and physically.

We offer simple, effective wellness tools including private infrared sauna, traditional saunas, ice baths, compression therapy and lymphatic rollers. Whether you are sore from training, tired from work, feeling stressed, or just need time out, Recovery Hub gives you a space to slow down and leave feeling lighter.
