You'll typically arrive a little early to fill out any necessary paperwork and get oriented.
You will be shown to a private room where you can shower before entering the float tank. It's important to shower thoroughly to remove oils, lotions, and any other substances from your skin and hair.
Entering the Float Tank:
Float tanks are enclosed, light-proof, and filled with a solution of water and Epsom salts, creating a buoyant environment where you effortlessly float.
You have the option to wear earplugs to protect your ears from the salt water, and a head support or neck pillow can be provided for extra comfort.
Floating Experience:
Once inside the tank, you'll experience a sensation of weightlessness as the high concentration of Epsom salts supports your body, allowing you to effortlessly float on the surface of the water.
The water and air inside the tank are heated to skin temperature, which helps to blur the sensation of where your body ends and the water begins, promoting a sense of relaxation and sensory deprivation.

Our float sessions are 45, 60 and 90 minutes. This is the time spent in the Float Tank, please allow an additional 30 minutes to your session for showering etc before and after float.
Soft music or gentle lighting may gradually bring you out of your relaxed state toward the end of your session. You can choose to have the light and music on for the duration of the float, however you must instruct staff on your music preference.
After your float, you'll shower again to rinse off the Epsom salts and prepare to re-enter the outside world feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
